  • How do I pay for my project? Once your schedule is approved, deposit and final payment links become available in your Client Space.
  • Can I change my appointment? Contact us via email or schedule a call, and we will adjust your booking.
  • What if I need to cancel? Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund of any deposit.
  • How do I track my project progress? Log in to your Client Space to see real-time updates, photos, and payment status.
  • Is my payment information secure? Yes. We use Stripe Hosted Checkout, which means your card details are never stored on or processed by our servers.
